RideCommit account support
Account and data deletion
These instructions apply to current RideCommit accounts. Account deletion and waitlist removal are separate requests.
Delete from the app
Open RideCommit, go to Profile, choose Delete account and confirm. An internet connection is required. Signing out or uninstalling alone does not delete your server account.
If you cannot access the app
To request account deletion, email khomeriki.dev@gmail.com with the subject “RideCommit account deletion”. Include the email associated with your account. We may need to verify ownership before taking action. Never send your password. Do not attach an identity document to your initial request.
This email link starts a request; it does not itself delete your account. A request must be reviewed and completed by the operator. The request-handling process and response timetable are being prepared for launch.
What is removed
Account deletion removes the active account and its associated synchronised profile, motorcycle, photo, ride and recording records. The app initiates cleanup of that account’s local data on the requesting device. Other devices may retain local copies. Remove the app’s local data on those devices if needed; offline copies cannot be remotely erased.
Server backup copies expire separately. The current configuration removes backups older than seven days after the next successful backup; failures may delay removal. Apple token-revocation records may remain until revocation succeeds. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Leave the waitlist
The waitlist is separate from your app account. To remove your waitlist email, contact khomeriki.dev@gmail.com from the address you registered. Deleting an app account does not automatically remove a separate waitlist registration.
Delete a ride without closing your account
Use the delete action in the ride list and confirm. For other requests to delete particular information, contact the support address above and describe the information you want removed.
